Here is a pricing guide for a standard RECEPTION (Up to 5 hours) (Travel Fees apply for out of Brisbane calls):

SOLOIST/DJ = $1,100 + GST (DJ’ing after first dance works best!)

DUO/DJ = $1,660 + GST (w/female singer...once again DJ’ing later in the night)

Or if you’d like live music to carryout the dance floor, it’s time to get the band involved!

ACOUSTIC TRIO = $2,250 + GST (w/drummer & female singer)

4 PIECE BAND = $2,660 + GST (w/drummer, bass player & female singer) Most Popular for Weddings

5 PIECE BAND $3,150 + GST (add keys or sax)

6 PIECE BAND = $3,600 + GST (add keys & sax)

If you'd like an even bigger band, please enquire. We can go up to a 9 Piece Band

As for CEREMONY &/OR CANAPES  I offer them as add ons:

Ceremony SOLO - $250 + GST (with female singer $350 + GST)

Cocktail Hour/Canapés SOLO - $250 + GST (with female singer $350 + GST)

With Ceremony & First Dance we learn 4 songs of your choosing for:
1. Walking down the isle
2. Signing of registry 
3. As you exit the ceremony
4. First Dance (If you're doing a choreographed dance, best to do it to the mp3)

Travel Fees:
We are based in Brisbane, so we do charge extra fee for travel as driving up and down the coast can add an extra 3-4 hours to our call time. 

For anything over 45 minutes from Brisbane we charge a travel/time fee.
Fees start at $75+ per musician, depending on distance from Brisbane.

For example Brisbane to Noosa is an extra $100 per band member.

Booking Process
The booking process is super simple. To lock in a booking, I collect a 50% non-refundable deposit. 
As the for remaining 50%, it is due 2 weeks before the event date.

Some helpful Information:
*I will provide all the necessary PA and lighting
*I provide all the break music
*DJ sets are completely customisable! Feel free to send me a list of songs you like/dislike
*For speeches & announcements, a wireless microphone system is available for an additional $50 + GST
*The Ceremony + Canapé + Reception package is up to 8 hours. Please let me know if your booking will exceed this time frame so I can quote you more accurately
*We ask that crew meals and drinks are provided for band
